Impressive, isn’t it?

The owner of this property contacted us and shared their problem. They had a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea with breathtaking views, but they weren’t able to enjoy it because the sun was too intense in summer, and in winter it was too cold, windy, and rainy to be comfortable on the terrace.

As always, we began by analyzing the space and the need. We visited the terrace and observed how the sun moved during summer days. We studied the winter temperatures in that area and worked on a personalized project.

Based on that, we presented an aesthetic and functional proposal. For this project, our goal was to create an optimal space for both winter and summer, which is why we included a bioclimatic pergola with glass enclosures on all sides.

The key element was the adjustable roof, which allows us to control the sunlight, provide shade, light, ventilation, or completely close it to create a sheltered structure resistant to rain. We combined this bioclimatic pergola with glass side enclosures, resulting in a space that is 100% adaptable to any climate and need.

Now, regardless of the weather outside, you can enjoy reading a book with the sound of rain in the background. Today, this terrace is a perfect place to have a barbecue with friends at noon, a relaxing chill-out area to enjoy a gin and tonic while admiring the sunsets of Mallorca, or a spectacular dance floor as night falls.

In this project, we haven’t just created a pleasant, comfortable, functional, and beautiful space. We have created experiences and memories as beautiful as the sea view itself.
